Nigel Farage interviewed us on GB News,
We spoke about the pandemic and how it has impacted community's in the United Kingdom.
Nigel praised us for the work Martin's United Foundation are doing in Clacton on sea, Tendring and told us to continue the works to uplift people in poverty and spread awareness about help available just a day after the interview we received support from Nigel Farage followers.
The live interview was a great experience for Martin's United Foundation and has helped us build our organisation and help more people.
Big thank you to Nigel Farage and the GB News team.
Leanne Pfrang, operations manager for Clacton Shopping Village said: “The shopping village is an integral part of the community here in Clacton.
“Community is at the heart of everything we do and there’s nothing that we like to do more than rally behind a cause that will further build the community.
Hundreds took part in the public vote with FoodCycle coming out on top ahead of runners-up Inclusion Ventures, which provides a range of services mainly aimed at younger people, and Martin’s United Foundation, which works with the homeless, who both receive £250.
Operations Manager for Clacton Shopping Village Leanne Pfrang said: “There was such a great response from the public and so many have voted that we intend to do it again with another prize fund for local charities.”
